Shipping & Returns
Once an order is placed, you are expecting about 8 weeks lead time for all furniture products. For the Lasvit glasses, the lead time varies, and we will send you an email to confirm the expected delivery date.
On receipt of the goods, please check for any damage to packaging and item before signing delivery confirmation. Please inform courier of any damages. This covers both yourself and Glencoe Home. Most of our products are non-refundable once the order is delivered successfully. In any case, if we are unable to deliver your order, we will explain it to you through email, and issue a refund within 15 days.

- Can I return my order?
All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colours, and design are correct before submitting your order!

- Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and get your money back.
